Waiver of Recourse

To authorise kids and young drivers, under the age of 18 years, for Karting on the track in Mondercange, their parents or legal representatives have to fill in and sign a waiver of regress. The completed document has to be handed over at the registration.

No exception will be made in regards to this subject.
